As an employee authorized to operate on the [JaserLink] platform, I acknowledge and fully undertake, of my own free will and with complete commitment, to comply with the terms and regulations stated below: First: Compliance with Governmental and Academic Standards Official Regulations: I undertake to fully comply with all regulations and directives issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the instructions of the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. University Accreditation: I commit to regularly following the “List of Recognized Universities” and bear full responsibility for providing any information related to a university that is unaccredited or suspended by the relevant ministries. Second: Integrity and Data Protection (Information Security) Confidentiality of Student Data: I acknowledge that all student documents and data uploaded to the system are “Highly Confidential Information,” and it is strictly prohibited to leak, photograph, or circulate them outside the scope of official work. Account Security: I commit to maintaining the confidentiality of my application login credentials and acknowledge that I am primarily responsible for any activity or action carried out through my personal account. Digital Monitoring: I understand and agree that the system records and documents all my activities (additions, modifications, deletions), including the time, date, and IP address, and that these records shall serve as a legal reference when necessary. Third: Professional Conduct and Administrative Responsibility Accuracy of Information: I undertake to exercise the utmost accuracy in entering student data and results, and I acknowledge that any intentional error or manipulation of data exposes me to legal accountability and immediate termination of services. No Excuse of Ignorance of Instructions: I acknowledge the obligation to follow periodic updates to the policies published within the application, and I agree that “lack of awareness of updates” does not exempt me from legal or administrative responsibility. IntelProperty: I acknowledge that the application’s operational mechanism and programming are proprietary property, and it is prohibited to disclose work secrets or implementation mechanisms to any competing party. Fourth: Final Acknowledgment By clicking the “I Agree” button, I consider this to be a legally binding electronic signature replacing a handwritten signature, and accordingly, I bear all legal, financial, and administrative consequences resulting from any violation of these terms.
